# Brokerage Integration

> Automatically ingest your trading history directly into the Journal.

# Brokerage Integration (Coming Soon)

A manual [Trade Journal](/features/journal) is powerful, but automated data ingestion creates a frictionless experience. StellarTrail is actively building direct integrations with major brokerages via Plaid.

## How it Works

Once the integration is live, you will be able to securely authorize StellarTrail to read your trading history.

1. **Authorize Connection:** Login to your brokerage via our secure portal.
2. **Auto-Sync:** StellarTrail will automatically pull your entry prices, exit prices, timestamps, and position sizes.
3. **Add Qualitative Data:** *This is the crucial step.* Even with automated ingestion, you must still add your qualitative **Rationale** to each trade. The [AI Coach](/features/ai-coach) needs to know *why* you took the trade, not just the financial outcome.

## Supported Brokerages

We will initially roll out support for the leading platforms, including:

* Interactive Brokers
* Charles Schwab
* E\*TRADE
* Tastytrade
* Robinhood & Webull

## Security and Privacy
