Trust is paramount when building software for financial professionals. Because StellarTrail ingests your behavioral data and, eventually, your broker's raw execution data, we have designed the platform with strict privacy protocols.

Your Data is Your Edge

Your Journal contains the intimate details of your trading edge. It is the most valuable asset you own.

• Encryption at Rest: All qualitative data (your trade rationales, personal notes) and quantitative data (entry/exit prices) are encrypted at rest in our secured database clusters.
• Tenant Isolation: Your data is strictly segmented. No other user can ever query or surface your trading history.

How the AI Uses Your Data

The Neural Engine reads your data to provide you with insights, but it does not use your personal trading history to train the base models for other users.

When you query the AI Coach:

1. Your pertinent data (recent trades, selected context) is securely packaged.
2. It is sent via encrypted API to our LLM providers.
3. We have binding Zero-Data-Retention agreements with these providers, ensuring your prompts and data are never used for model training and are immediately discarded after the response generated.

Read-Only Integrations

When the Brokerage Sync feature launches via Plaid, the connection will be strictly read-only.

StellarTrail will never ask for, nor will it possess, the ability to execute trades on your behalf. If our systems were ever compromised, it would be physically impossible for an attacker to manipulate your portfolio.
